This two treatment type follows the mental health act 1983. So, this treatment policy must be applied. Under this act patient can get well treatment    without own consent whose are detained in hospital .If they are not agree then given them Electro-Convulsive Therapy (ECT).

If patient are doing work which is unexpected then his hospital manager or clinician   and nearest   relative will responsible for this.
